Melissa Snow relocated to Chico in 99' from the Bay Area.  She graduated from CSU Chico with her BA in Interior Design. While completing her studies at Chico State, she served as Student Chapter President of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers).  

Melissa has over 15 years experience in space planning, design, decorating, color selection and staging for both Residential and Commercial projects. Ms. Snow also specializes in furniture design.  Many of her pieces have been featured in furniture & gift markets across the country.

Melissa's dream of owning a interior design firm came true in 2008, when she opened Dolce Home & Design in Chico, California. Design is her passion and believes "The trick to being a great designer is truly listening to your client's wishes.  Working side by side during the design process is incredibly important.  It is your space, your project, your dreams and we as designers are there to guide you in making the perfect choices for your specific project."

Maria Barneson

Feng Shui & Space Clearing Guru

Maria Barneson is a passionate woman, who loves living life to the fullest.  She has over 17 years’ experience in beauty, coaching, fashion and space organization. Her experience includes both management and professional services for top executives at leading companies, such as Benefit Cosmetics.  She holds degrees in Product Development from the Fashion Institute for Design and Merchandising (FIDM) of San Francisco, as well as a degree in Behavioral and Social Sciences.  These provided her with a combined understanding of both people and the processes that support their self expression in the world.  She understands the multitude of details involved in bringing an individual’s essence into reality, yet also appreciates the magic of moments when creativity arises.  Maria also loves rigorous self-development and personal growth training.  In her ongoing training, she refines her coaching skills – supporting others to expand their awareness, transform their views, and live into powerful futures.  She presently resides in the San Francisco Bay Area, and she is also in Chico often to see clients and visit her family.  
 
Maria sees true beauty in people expressing their inner wisdom and authentic self-expression with their bodies, fashion, communication, and living spaces.  She has experienced many cultures and sacred traditions in her travels, each having unique expressions of both inner and outer beauty, which inspire her clearing and organizing work today.  Maria brings her clients’ beauty to the world through alignment with their own unique expression.  To do so clears away the "stuff" in their spaces that has masked their essence beneath confusion, disorganization, and dysfunction, both physically and energetically.
 
In her services, Maria integrates multiple modalities of clearing, creativity and alignment, including traditions and rituals of Feng Shui, Native American Ceremonies, intention setting, crystal altars, and more.  She attunes each modality to honor her clients’ essence and support their goals.  By combining these sacred traditions with modern, practical programs, she supports people in clarifying what truly brings them joy.  She loves to bring function, flow and beauty to each space, which she holds as essential for feeling aligned in life, home, and business.

Faith Parks

Senior Designer

Faith Parks, Designer, Speaker and Business Woman is a visionary leader with creative strategic thinking that has allowed her to recognize and capture emerging markets.  Consistent a top producer in private industry and Fortune 500 corporations, and has a proven track record in design, sales and corporate branding. Ms. Parks is committed to excellence and was awarded Designer of the Year Solano County 2007 and Design Firm of the Year Solano County 2007, as well as managing multi-million dollar design projects to budget and holding to construction schedules.  She is also an Inspirational and motivational public speaker and has been invited to speak at institutions such as UC Irvine to women emerging into the market place.

Ms. Parks design experience includes over a 1000 projects either as the owner of her design firm, Faith Parks Designs, or with such prestigious semi-custom builders such as Taylor Woodrow and production builder KB Homes. She has experience in both commercial and residential construction design and has Universities, Surgical Centers, Retail space, Live Work Multi Unit high rise buildings, Spas, Estates, Single Family and much more in her portfolio of projects.

Ms. Parks is a Mother, Grandmother and a world traveler.  She is currently an active participant in many affiliations including several Chamber of Commerce in the region, National Association of Women in Business (N.A.W.B.O.) and most recently, A.P.B in El Dorado Hills.
