Initial Design Consultation

Our Initial Design Consultation is a two-hour meeting with one of our Interior Deisgners at your home.  During this Design Consultation we discuss your design needs and dreams for your space, collect measurements and take pictures.

Local Chico Rate: $150

Every 20 Miles from Chico: Additional $25

Re-Design or New Design Service

During your Initial Consultation, you and our Interior Designer will determine whether you're needing a full Re-Design or New Design of your home or a specific room(s) in your home!  This service provides you with any or all of the following:

• Space Plans or Floor Plans to demonstrate furniture layouts and/or remodeling.  
• Interior and/or Exterior Paint Colors 
• Furniture Design, Concepts & Options
• Upholstery Fabrics
• Window Treatments
• Materials & Finishes
• Lighting
• Accessories & Art
• Complete Install & Reveal 

Rate: $4.95/sq ft 

Rendered Perspective

We understand that remodeling or redesigning a space can cause a little bit of anxiety when you can't see the end result before it happens, and what if it's not what you expected?  To alleviate this stress for our clients we can provide a rendered perspective of the proposed redesign, remodel or new design! This will let you see exactly how your space will look after the project is complete, before it even starts!  

Rendering fees are assessed on a per project basis.

Re-Accessorizing*

Sometimes you don't need to re-design an entire room in your space and just re-accessorizing what you currently have or new accessories is the solution to your problem!  We can bring the showroom to your home with a simple hourly rate to fluff and puff, accesorize and update your look!

Hourly Rate: $95
